POS International, Inc provides free-of charge 30 days Premium Support with purchase of all software. Beyond the thirty day period, all support is provided on a fee basis. Software support contracts are available as either telephone support or telephone support combined with online support, Premium Support. In order to enjoy Premium Support your Computer and other computers to be supported MUST have a broadband (high speed) internet connection. Some other Software products automatically include Online support due to the nature of the products.
Additional Location Pricing - POS recognizes that larger (more than 1 location) organizations have special needs and has setup pricing to accommodate them. Please call 800-646-4767 X1 for pricing

Premium Support- Entitles the users of Supported Software to both phone support and online support for the specified period. This service allows our technicians to connect directly to your computer. It can be used for configuration changes, viewing of error messages, software setup, training and the like. All software updates are free!
This service requires a broadband internet connection and remote access to the POS computer and/or server. This can be provided by one of several means including Windows Remote Desktop®, LogMeIN® (with file transfer enabled), or our "POS Online Support" tool.download the online support tool, (Click here to download)
- Please save the file to your "Desktop".
- An Icon will show up on your "Desktop" that says "POS Online Support v4.exe"
- Double click to start.
- It is our policy to require a telephone contact prior to an online support session.
- A valid Software security access code must be supplied as well as any usernames and passwords for your selection of a remote tool before we initiate a connection.
- Connection problems/issues caused by or related to the customer's computer security policies or security software are the sole responsibility of the customer.

This service allows our technicians to connect directly to your computer. It can be used for configuration changes, viewing of error messages, software setup, training and the like.
It is required, and to the customer's benefit, to provide a telephone near/next to the computer needing the support along with providing a valid Software security access code.
Demand Support, is limited to a single Incident and includes both Online and Telephone support. | $99.00 per incident |
Specialty Module Support - Due to the nature of the specialty modules listed they automatically include both telephone and online support. Note, this is the support ONLY and does not include the product or installation price.
